FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. --Low-income families in Forsyth County can get their pets fixed for $10 on Saturday.
The opportunity is a combined effort by several animal shelters and welfare groups to cut down on pet overpopulation. On Saturday only, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at eight locations around Forsyth County, pet guardians can get a voucher to have their animals spayed or neutered for $10 cash.
